Thar Roxx is designed to handle tough off-road conditions with impressive angles and capabilities:
- Its Approach Angle is 41.7 degrees ,meaning the SUV can tackle steep inclines and obstacles at the front without scraping the bumper.
- Its Departure Angle is 36.1 degrees , meaning it allows the SUV to drive over obstacles at the rear without damaging the back end.
- Its Ramp-Over Angle is 23.9 degrees , meaning it helps the SUV clear uneven terrain without getting stuck or damaging the underbody.
- Its Water-Wading Depth is 650mm , meaning It can drive through water up to 650 millimeters deep without getting its engine or other crucial parts damaged.

Thar Roxx suspension system designed to enhance its off-road and on-road performance:
- Penta Link Suspension: provides a stable and smooth ride.
- Independent Front Suspension helps in better handling and comfort by allowing each front wheel to move independently.
- Rigid Axle Coil Spring Rear with Watts which helps in improving stability and handling
- Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD) for comfortable ride . In simple , shock absorbers response based on the frequency of road bumps
- Hydraulic Rebound Stopper (HRS) prevents excessive bouncing by controlling the rebound of the suspension.
- Multi-Tuning Valve-Concentric Land (MTV-CL) Dampers are advanced shock absorbers that adjust their damping force based on driving conditions, providing a balanced ride quality.

- Operation: Once set, the vehicle maintains this speed automatically without needing any additional input from the driver, which is especially useful for navigating tricky terrains or steep inclines.
IntelliTurn:
- Function: Helps with tight turns at low speeds.
- Operation: At speeds below 15 km/h, the system locks the rear inner wheel to aid in sharper and more precise steering.
- Duration: This feature can be activated for up to 15 seconds and operates with the electronic locking differential disengaged, making it easier to maneuver in challenging off-road situations.
